Mate of mine got botulism from a tin of baked beans, of all things.

Was in hospital for a week.

Could it control the central heating, then? Not sure my family would approve.

Got gastro-enteritis once. Sat on the toilet doing liquid shit that smelt like Marmite whilst vomiting in to the bath to my side. Great stuff.

Not had anything similar for years.....Fingers crossed.

Never wanked away a hangover, though.

Fuck me, where do you do that.? Windsor Great Park ( closed road) with Charlie and Phil??

Can we burn him?

Denmark are fucking dull to watch, though. I find that with Sweden and Norway, too. Just boring football, but effective up to a point.

Peru wouldn't have scored if they'd played all night....

Iceland have turned defending against all the odds into a proper art form, haven't they? Fair play, as they say....

He managed that great Athletic Bilbao side that took Man U apart, home and away, didn't he? If he can get anywhere near with these underperformers, he'll do for me.

Steve Bruce, ex-Man Ure 'legend'?! That'll go down well with the knuckle-draggers. I'd give him a month.

Just planted some plants/flowers in pots in our small garden. I usually get the stuff that's reduced in B&M and stick it in a pot to see what happens. Sometimes they actually grow!

It was a 'fuck me' final, wasn't it? Bale's goal was as breathtaking as Karius was shite. He made Wiedwald look like Gordon Banks.

Did 5k park run in 29.4 today, which I would normally be pleased with except I did it in 29.3 last week!

Still, I'm consistently under 30 mins now and moving in the right direction (forward).

Try and do 5k park run every Saturday morning. That, combined with TKD twice a week and JIu Jitsu after park run is keeping me fitter than I've been for about 20 years.

It's funny, but the prospect of going for a run just 6 months ago filled me with dread, now I almost look forward to it and will be looking at taking part in some charity runs from now on, too.

Yep, nobodies boycotting the World Cup over Russia's assorted crimes are they.

Should be. Feel sorry for fans going out there, especially after seeing those documentaries about their 'military-trained ultras', and as for Putin and his cronies.....

I assume they'll struggle to play against a Rohinga team, now that they've been mainly wiped out? Shouldn't be there. Full stop.
