Does it get any worse than that.....no quality, no heart, no passion, no shots on target, NOTHING to be brutally honest

Leeds fans - magnificent

Redfern - out of his depth

Cellino - upto him to swallow his pride & employ a top manager.....doubt that will happen as our previous owners/chairman haven't done so since the 90's, that's why we are on a constant downward spiral

Silvestri - flapper
Byram - skinned the majority of time
Bellusci - Martin had him in his pocket
Cooper - probably our best defender tonight
Warnock - unfotunate injury, our best defender out of the game inside the first five minutes
Austin - passenger, is he a footballer ?
Bianchi - another passenger, may as well go habinate during the winter months
Cook - must wonder what the hell is going on around him
Mowatt - after a bright start Alex has steadily lost his way this season, poor
Doukara - and another passenger, beach whale comes to mind
Antenucci - it seems daft as we didn't have a shot on target but Mirco was our only hope, ran his socks off - MOTM

Berardi - did okay with his right peg
Sharp - why ?
Adryan - Nice of Redders to give Adryan ten minutes when we needed someone with pace & creativity in midfield much much earlier to break up the monotony

At long last we have a bit of luck as we've had none whatsoever this season. We deserved a draw on our second-half performance after a awful first 45 minutes. How come do we have six defenders along the six-yard line with no men on the posts leaving their main striker oceans of space for a tap in ? What is Redfern doing with this lot on the training pitch? When the final whistle was blown it really felt like a win, a point at Forest was a bonus one, now it is essential we gain the three points v Wigan on Boxing Day or else yesterday's effort was meaningless !

Silvestri - made three decent saves although his flapping is a concern 7
Byram - great going forward winning the penalty as drove into the box, unfortunately Sam was poor defensively as Antonio gave him a torrid time, needed Bianchi to double up to numb the Forest winger 6
Pearce - League One defender....i'll say no more 3
Cooper - having Pearce playing alongside him isn't helping Liam's game, feel sorry for the lad. Won alot of headers 6
Warnock - our best defender this season & thought he looked quite solid7
Bianchi - completely lost Fryatt for the Forest goal, lost possession throughout the game. Real shame as Tommaso looked a quality player at the start of the season. Replace him with Tonge v Wigan 4
Cook - outstanding performance from a lad so young. Did well defensively, created chances with strong bursts in our counterattack moves. 9
Mowatt - one of Alex's poorest games of the season, some woeful corners 5
Adryan - our Brazilian who is three years older than Cook & needs to step upto the plate if he wishes to achieve the potential of Lewis. Nevertheless Adryan is full of promise & give us something different in midfield 6
Antenucci - not much service but had a shot saved by the goalies legs & made a superb diagonal run to slip the ball to Byram which created the penalty 6
Sharp - worked hard playing out of position, took his pen well. Was disgruntled with being subbed 6

Subs :

Morison - defended well from the front easing the pressure off our defence in the last 20 minutes 6
Tonge - steadied the ship when he came on 6
Doukara - decent shot forcing a good save from the Forest keeper

One of the lucky fans to acquire a ticket today

I really hope Bellusci is fit as i don't want to witness JP scampering around like a one-legged dog

The thought of Austin starting is scary....do think we need to play five in midfield though with The Ant playing upfront on his tod

Well neither team deserve to win today. Fulham were there for the taking had we applied ourselves. We started brightly with some slick passing & neat moves in the first 20 minutes then all of a sudden we seem to lose our way as the game developed into a scrappy affair. Mowatt's header on the half hour mark looked destined for the top corner onlyfor the old man in the baggy joggy bottoms pull off a superb save. After that our fans endured for all the hard endeavour poor passing, poor crossing, poor final ball, panicky defending, switching off as we did with the goal as we allowed the Cottagers to ghost into our box & more or less walk the ball into the net with a tap in. Adryan should have scored in the second half with a header but he bottled as he saw baggy trousers flapping towards him. After saying that why did Redfern sub him with the ineffective Chris Dawson god only knows. Sharp on for the inept Doukara gave us more punch upfront without creating too much. From the 20 minute mark i always thought one goal would decide the game so when Fulham scored i sensed we were in for a non-event, sadly i was correct  sad

MOTM - COOPER

Silvestri - didn't have anything to do apart from the goal - 6
Byram - Some fans thought Sam had a decent game, i personally thought he was poor, his options & final ball was poor, no chance of acquiring £8m for him, we'd be lucky to get £1.5m now - 5
Cooper - thought the lad was steady - 7
Pearce - is totally lost in a footballing team, he dithered & dothered like a distressed boxer dog at times, "which foot should i kick the ball with" well he only has one, puts our defence under more pressure with his clearances, made one or two good blocks but that's JP for you 4
Warnock - not at his best - 5
Cook - started brightly, gave the ball away far too much - 5
Bianchi - another poor show, defended poorly for the goal - 4
Mowatt - one of our better players - 6
Adryan - some lovely silky skills that led to nothing, bottled a header for a certain goal - 5
Doukara - turns up for ten minutes, deserved his early bath - 4
Antenucci - played upfront on his own for much of the game, lots of running & closing down, unfortunately The Ant didn't get a sniff - 6

Dawson - looked like a fish out of water - 5
Sharp - gave us more energy although things didn't quite go right for Billy - 7

So many positives from that game! But we've been playing no different to that recently and not getting the rub of the green with no luck whatsoever, so maybe it's getting to be less of a 'work in progress' and more a 'team coming together'.

Firstly I thoroughly applaud Refearn for dropping Jason Pearce. The last two managers would not have had the guts to take a similar decision. Result - two ball-playing centre-backs....not only did we beat the top of the league, they had no shots on target.

I don't think at any point we looked second best to Derby, and, frankly the longer the second half went on the more likely we looked like adding a third.

Derby did not have the 6ft 3 bonecrusher midfielders of other Championship sides, so Mowatt and Cook were able to flourish. Mowatt was involved in most good things we did, Cook's work is less high profile but he keeps the machine ticking over with his hard workrate. I hope to get to see again the drag-back and spin that Adryan did in the first half that left two players flat-footed, truly wonderful skill

In Bellusci and Cooper we have two centre backs who are comfortable on the ball - always something I've liked in that position. Pearce and Lees are like deer caught in headlights with the ball at their feet, so I think we've hit on a promising pairing. Byram linked up with the attack well but still some of his distribution was wayward. Warnock seems to relish the captain's armband, another Man Of The Match performance.

As was mentioned during the game the fitness levels looked excellent with good pressing for the full 90 minutes. Antonucci was a prime example, closing down and hassling defenders throughout, two top drawer finishes from our No.34

Adyran's wonderful curving shot looked destined for the top corner until the Rovers keeper pulls out a superb save.....Adryan clever pass to put Antenucci through only to see his shot rebound off the post back into play, both Adyran & Ante unlucky not score at crucial parts of the game.
A replica of the Cardiff cock-up & then the diving swan act of cheating from Varney cost us the points
After watching the telly highlights i still insist Varney dived after seeing the incident again so a calamity jane incident & a cheating act cost us.Blackburn wouldn't have scored if they had played all night had it not been for Silvestri/Cooper & Varney, the ref should have done better with cheating Luke & yellow carded him who would be better suited in a swimming pool. No we didnt deserve to lose. We were shocking at Blackburn last season & got what we deserve then. We are so much better to watch on the eye compared to that bunch which somehow managed to get results last term. We do need a more physical presence in midfield & upfront as we rarely win the ball in the air in attacking positions. I think we need two players to complete the jigsaw. Noticed the Rovers team were so much bigger than ours. Feel really sorry for our young players as its the more experienced ones/keeper making the horrible errors. Came away from the ground scratching my head in a daze wondering how we lost that game. We have no luck whatsoever !

Warnock MOTM just ahead of Ardyan

MOTM without any doubt

A first half of sublime attacking football played with high intensity, 3-0 at half-time flattered the Seasiders who looked a very poor outfit. Blackpool had no answer to attacking skills as we powered forward with one move after another, it could easily have been six if we had made more of our opportunities. Every player played his part in the first half as we cracked in three superb goals. Our second goal will probably be one of the best team goals of the season with Byram picking up the ball on the edge of the box, a wonderful weighted pass from the influential Adyran to Doukara & the ball was finely strucked into the net, a fine goal on the break !
Into the 2nd half the game changed into a messy affair especially after Adyran (who had been clobbered a couple of times) was subbed for the less effective Austin, what is it with Rudi he does some good things then spoils it with some horrible play. Tonge came on for the crippled Bianchi & we seem to struggle even more. Another poor goal conceded as we allowed Ranger to score from a free header on goal. To be fair their goal was the only one on target throughout the whole game. Three well deserved points in the end

Difficult to give scores as the first half was top notch where as the 2nd half was tepid to say the least

Siilvestri - had nothing to do apart from the goal
Byram - back to his attacking best, defended well too
Cooper - solid defending plus a fine goal to boot
Pearce - the JP we know
Warnock - arguably our best defender this season, got forward well
Cook - outstanding in the first half
Bianchi - improved performance on last four games
Mowatt - tidy, seem to play a deeper role today
Adyran - just what we required, this kid runs at defenders & his movement off the ball is superb, influential throughout the first half as we destroyed the Seasiders. Shame he was subbed after taking a couple of knocks, lost our way once he left the park. Adryan has only played a handful of games, what's he gonna be like once he settles into championship football. MOTM
Antenucci - I love this fella beard or no beard, a talented centre forward with pace who works his socks off & has an eye for goal, much more of a team player than McCormack ever was
Doukara - gives the team strength, lovely finish for a great team goal

Subs :

Austin - WHY when we have Dawson on the bench
Tonge - ditto

Well in my opinion we were very unlucky last night....Charlton got a point but deserved nothing !
I've been dreaming for years seeing young players blossoming & playing football with style. Some of our attacking play was superb, yes our final ball & crossing was hit & miss but you can see there is alot of talent in our current squad, the likes of Byram, Cooper, Mowatt, Cook, Adryan can only improve as the mature & develope in what is a competitive league.
Unfortunately yet another defensive blunder undid us after we had got our heads in front, this latest one was on a par with the three errors on Saturday as first Cooper skimmed the ball to a Charlton player who was at a tight angle & somehow manage to thread the ball pass Silvestri at the near post. The penalty looked very harsh but was always on the cards as the whistle happy turd of a referee was determined throughout the 90 minutes to make his impact on the game. Prior to that gift to the Addicks, three times he stopped the play when a player was doing a ballerina act on the pitch & we were in an advantageous position, one of those players wasn't even on the pitch. Then the stupid rule where a team is penalised by the offending team who has fouled Antenucci (yellow card as well), Ante is banished to the touchline whilst the play continues for two minutes not allowing him back on the pitch until the Charlton move breaks down, CRAZY RULE !
Lots of free-kicks given for nothing too.....it isn't easy for any team to play v 12 men especially this young outfit playing in the white shirt right now, there heads could have gone down with this clown's actions tbh
Two superb goals from Mowatt was worth the gate money alone but his overall play was excellent with two or three telling passes.....great celebrations from the players at the kop end too

Sometimes i do wonder if devoting so much of my time, money & effort to LUFC is worth it

First half was a scrappy affair although we didn't look under too much pressure with Silvestri only having to make one save which you'd expect from any keeper to deal with competently. A Bianchi sublime pass threaded out to Warnock who put in a decent cross only for the inept Morison to make a right mess of his header.
Second half both sides went for it as the play opened up with both fans witnessing a football match only for our defenders to turn the game into a circus show

Goal 1....we deal with a set-piece, then the ball his floated back in where two of our players jumped for the same ball, Morison should have won but no it came back across the six-yard line only for Manga to have a free header as Bellusci had lost his man, where Pearce was god only knows ?

Goal 2....Pearce makes an initial mistake i believe, Macheda picks up the ball as Bellusci backs off & backs off allowing the ex-Man U striker to unleash a shot that deflects unluckily off the hapless Pearce. Why didn't Bellusci make a challenge begs the question

Goal 3....Cardiff goalie boots the ball upfield where once again Bellusci is involved as between him & Silvestri they make a right old hash of it, a Calamity Jane moment. After seeing a recording on the telly this morning i do think MS should have stayed in his box as he more or less kicked fresh air in the end as he tried to put his boot through the ball

Three more mistakes added to the other soft goals conceded of late, i'm at pain to say but these type of errors could seriously lead us into a relegation scrap, whether we have the players to cope with that sort of pressure i don't know !

Tbh Cardiff were no great shakes even though the Blues or is it the Reds have an experienced championship squad
Just look at their team & bench : Marshall, Brayford, Fabio, Ecuele Manga, Morrison, Whittingham, Gunnarsson, Noone, Pilkington Le Fondre, Macheda....Subs - Kenwyn-Jones, Ralls, Revel Morrison, Moore, Gabbidon, Connolly, Maynard.
We handed them the three points on a silver plate with our inability to carry out basic defensive duties

Silvestri - Marco's poorest game of the season (he's allowed one), has been one of our most consistent performers this season 4
Berardi - struggled with Noone running at him but did okay - 6

Bellusci - our best player in the first half with some crucial blocks & composed play, 2nd half he gave one of the worst defensive performances i've witnessed, a horror show  - 2
Pearce - fans favourite who looks like his days are number, definitely not a captain/leader - 4
Warnock - probably our most consistent defender of the season - 7
Cook - still raw, as usual some of our fans gave the kid some stick, the same folk who laid into young Mowatt last season - 6
Bianchi - apart from one sublime pass, a poor contribution generally - 5
Mowatt - so pleased to see young Alex showing his early promise in his initial games for Leeds....MOTM by a country mile - 9
Doukara - reminds me of Carlton Palmer all legs & hasn't a clue what he is doing at times, then he shows skills that you'd think would be beyond him - 5
Antenucci - received no service whatsover, always coming deep to receive the ball - 5

Morison - was a sheer waste of space, poor touch & control of a football, two wasted headers on goal, should have won the header which lead to the first goal plus other missed headers in the build-up play - 3

Subs :

Dawson - gave us energy & livened up our play - 6
Sloth
Byram

I've left many matches in the past with a variation of emotions after defeat, but I've never left one feeling as angry towards my clubs manager as I did today.

He managed to change a performance that was energetic, creative and controlled into one that was flat footed, dis-organised and completely lacking any end product. The most glaring difference was how he changed Morison's role for the second half. First half he was playing centrally, running wide into space, winning headers and holding the ball, probably the best game he has ever had for us. In the second half his position was practically the opposite, positioned wide, more static, but totally ineffective, Antenucci had nobody to work off, and the two Wolves centre halves had no competition for the high balls.

Then the substitutions, Mowatt I'll admit looked knackered, but to bring on Murphy who once again was slow & sluggish with & without the ball, totally ineffective. Then Darko brings on Montenegro with 2 minutes to go which was asking alot of a player who has never played in the championship. Sloth or Tonge should have been the first change NOT the inept Murphy

Sorry, but for me, Darko lost us that game by changing our shape. If you're going to hang onto a winning position you do it with 10 minutes left, you don't start the half like that. We gave Wolves the opportunity to come at us when they should have been worrying about us adding to our lead. To be fair we should have had 2 or 3 goal lead at half-time had Mowatt shown more composure in front of goal. Another smart finish from Antenucci to add to his impressive start at Leeds

Exactly as I saw it. Unbelievable incompetence. Think you're a bit hard on Adryan with your ratings though. To say he had 2 or 3 of their bully boys on him every time he had the ball, the lad shirked nothing. Never backed out of a 50/50 either.

Maybe mate but the second half display completely ruined my ratings, on our first half performance all our players would have received between 7 & 9 marks IMO !
