Watched it at the weekend. Classic.

She’s the main man in the office in the city and she treats me like I’m just another lackey, but I can put a tennis racket up against my face and pretend that I am Kendo Nagasaki...

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French p*rn.

I'd say different rather than better. Alien has the claustrophobic and helpless feel to it, whereas Aliens has all the gung-ho, marine types thinking they'll sort it all out - but ending up the same way as the original crew of the Nostromo. I like em both for those different reasons. I remember Ridley Scott saying that he didn't tell anybody about the alien bursting out of John Hurt's stomach just to get a better reaction. And it worked!

Read a few books on Rorke's Drift and the film bears very little resemblance to the truth, but a decent watch,if only for Stanley Bakers role in it.

Has anyone mentioned Terrahawks the Movie?
