Re: Chris Wood

Failed his medical apparently........he only has 8 fingers and two thumbs.

I'd offer you a beer, but I've only got six cans.

Re: Chris Wood

You can imagine it, though.

Anyway, as they say in Yorkshire: 'Put wood in t'oil' or for those from further afield: Shut the door after you, there's a good lad.

It's almost too good if it was written as a story line.

Taylor leaving
Wood leaving
Jansson threatening to break his jaw

Be surprised if its not on telly. My try and get tickets for this. We could get the whole end at Turf Moor. Scenes last time I went there, think Snodgrass scored a late winner. The Banjo brigade were not happy.

Re: Chris Wood

Felt it in my watter that it'd be Burnley.

Needs to be on the telly as LUTV doesn't stretch to cup games I don't think.

Re: Chris Wood

Woods was in the squad for the Port Vale match.  Doesn't that mean he's ineligible to play for Burnley in the cup?

This is all it says in the rules:

6.4 No player shall play for more than one Club in the Cup Competition in any one Season.

I'd offer you a beer, but I've only got six cans.

Hopefully Grotbags will do the business, or another Roofe hat-trick.

Said in the paper he would be eligible as he hadn't got on the pitch

You are what you repeatedly do. Excellence is not an event - it is a habit.

Good stuff, hope we smash them every which way but loose, but then that would be adding fire to Burnley being a thing, which they're not..
