Never seen ACR - decent live?

Off to see Gruff Rhys of SFA.

Oh and Early Doors at the Arena for a giggle.

I'd offer you a beer, but I've only got six cans.

Kings yep.
Went to The The last night. Bit hit and miss to start but really got going with Soul Catcher about half way though. That said, Armageddon Days was top draw. Started like Ballroom Blitz, 'Are you ready fellas?'
You know who's support on that Nine Inch Nails tour right? I'm hoping I can snag a reasonable priced ticket.
Pixies at Brooklyn Steel just announced today, three nights.

Re: Autumnal gigs

Cud at The Wardrobe in November. And Creedence Clearwater Revival Revival at The Grove on Sunday. My mate's depping on guitar and I have a day off on Monday....

She’s the main man in the office in the city and she treats me like I’m just another lackey, but I can put a tennis racket up against my face and pretend that I am Kendo Nagasaki...

Oh fuck, the Sunshine Brothers, JAMC!!! I knew that JAMC were playing just after Spiritualized but forgot it was support for NIN - get in there!

St Vitus is a great little venue, not many that size any more. Might have to give em a go

If this was Twitter I'd be pressing the Like icon.

St Victus is ace. Fair few bigger bands turn up unannounced. Good sound and a cool looking spot. Heavy Metal bar isn't it?

Suede London
Bunnymen cardiff
House of love Bristol
China Crisis Cardiff
Interpol Albert Hall (never been)

This has been one of my best years for concerts since Depeche Mode late last year. To finish with the Albert Hall will be great.

Re: Autumnal gigs

Suede. Nice, would love to see them. Never really paid much attention to them when they were on the go.
Bunnymen, I heard that reworking of The Killing Moon an decided not to go see them.
House Of Love. Bloody hell, great that they are playing again.
China Crisis. Nice.
Interpol. I'll probably get into them, and The National and bands like that long after they've broken up.
Currently playing The Strokes a lot and lamenting the fact I only bothered to go see them once.

Always say The Albert Hall in my best Peter Postlethwaite voice.
