Topic: v Reading (h)

This is it, this is the day, the match. Fringe (no such thing at Leeds is there) players start dancing the samba, 5-2 Leeds.

We're going to be given two penalties.

Looking forward tonight's game. No idea why.

Hopefully we can score early to settle the nerves and let the players play with greater freedom.

In the first half against Brizzle I thought Hernandez was pushing his passing a bit. Gave 4 or 5 away.

4 - 1 Leeds. No penalties....

The insurgency began.................and you missed it.

Result.  6 mile tailback on M1 is now all forgotten.  Little Rhubarb gin and slimline to go with it.  Evening sorted.

I'd offer you a beer, but I've only got six cans.

Poor first half, and it'll be another 56 games before we get a penalty after that Alishitski dive!

Ace results this week all round. Norwich finally drop two points.

Re: v Reading (h)

Needed that, please for BPF. Clarke looked a real handful.

Decent match in the end, both teams going for it second half.

Re: v Reading (h)

Great save for the penalty. Thought Alioski had gotten rid of that part of his game. Silly cnut. Impressed with Roofe again, shaping up to be a good player. Some fucking ball in for the header (Douglas?), their keeper did well to save. Doluble substitution at half time really needed to be made didn't it? Hard win three points.
Nervous for the January transfer window. Might be the first time we've ever had a manger saying I'm good rather than an owner saying there's no money. What a weird game football is. Love it.

I'm the interests of complete honesty, I knew who Chris Morris is.

Re: v Reading (h)

Between now and some time in  January we've half a team of potential first choice players to come back.

Bamford

Brown

Ayling
Berardi
Jansson

Baring other long term absences we should be considerably stronger in the new year without signing anybody.

Agreed, but the pessimist in me says we have Sheff Utd (a), Villa (a) and Forest (a) between now and 1st Jan. All the rest are very winnable admittedly.

Re: v Reading (h)

Anyone expect clubs to come trying to sign any of our players come January?
Imagine putting in a transfer request with Bielsa? Pass the hand grenade.

Three clubs probably thinking, 'Shit, we have to play Leeds.'
I'm not quite on the happy pills but we are second in the league after 19 games.
