Went on Saturday.

Was there for 10 mins and our Lass broke her sodding ankle! Ended up in
Bradford Royal for next 3 hours. Not to be outdone and not wanting to miss
Bezz etc got a cab back and was transported to the not very VIP area!

so anybody spot me and a girl with crutches hobbling around back stage

Disco Machie Gun opening on the Saturday for The Doves.

Just been to battle of the badns over the rado at the PM Club. Two best bands won ob the night - Disco Machine Gun and Little Black Hearts - a blues rock n' roll band.

Should check out DMG, they're ace.

Congratulations to vAndal supreMe, a well deserved victory.

I would have said congratulations to the excellently named Spike Island, but seeing as one of their three songs was a Kasabian cover version, and they spent the 15 minutes after the gig slagging off VS, then 'm not.  I know they were only young lads, but they need to grow up a bit.

Anyway well done to vandal and looking forward to seeing them and Disco Machine Gun in Bingley.
