Topic: Tea time

Here's something I never thought I'd ask on here. Wife's birthday weekend after next. Thought about taking her for afternoon tea on Leeds. Anyone recommend somewhere?

Thought about the Sky Lounge on here as never been up. Something different anyway.

Not sure mate past Bettys in Harrogate or Ilkley. The tile room in the Art Gallery is a nice place for a brew and cake. If you're after tiered stands with sandwiches and cakes I'm not sure tbh.

Appreciate I'm a tight- arsed Yorkie, but I reckons Betty's (Ilkley) is very expensive for what you get

Re: Tea time

About an hours drive from Leeds, but you won’t find a better afternoon tea anywhere.

Have a walk round the Abbey, then a couple of hours in either Masham or Middleham.

Certainly beats trailing round the centre of Leeds.
