Topic: Our Judd

I can't pretend that I'm in any way optimistic about this. The problem with managers who have done quite well with small clubs is that they come here all starry eyed and experience the high profile, pressure and visceral intensity of all that we are which is way outside their  comfort zone and they panic and make piss poor decisions. Oh and the players sense the fear.

Which is why we need an old warhorse with Premiership experience - not Colin obviously who was cuntery personified but someone who has seen it all before. We wd have loved big Mick even though he is technically Our Judd as well. Or even Pearson who is a nutter by the looks of it but did amazingly well with Leicester.
