Dusted my bad boys down yesterday and got lots of nice comments from mainly Centerist Dads.

Anyone got a good cleaning tips for these type of shoes, seems like they've got a couple of splashes of Jack n Coke on them from my rave years which have crystalised in spots here and there..

You are what you repeatedly do. Excellence is not an event - it is a habit.

Re: Clark's Minster Moor in Mustard

Nick Kitchen's dad had a pair of light brown Polyveldts. He was a big fella with a beard, Grizzly Adams-like. We went to watch a speedway meeting, late 70s and as he came through the turnstiles he tripped up. His huge thick arms were thrust deep in his tight jean pockets so he was unable to pull them out in time and he ended up crashing down like a giant redwood. Slightly dazed, as he must have whacked his swede he rolled around in the dust with his arms still stuck deep in his pockets, floundering like a landed trout. He created small dust clouds as he thrashed about. Eventually he was helped up and unwedged his arms and patted himself down as me and Nick Kitchen stood there stifling guffaws.

Anyway, these were light brown, not vanilla.
