Finally got the Virgin media call that my internet connection had been compromised and that they would be able to fix it. 25 minutes of sheer fun (well it was for me given I am Head of Cyber Security for a large organsition).

Anyway I know the programs I was downloading (they are benign until you let someone on your PC) but instead of installing then I said i was getting an error. We tried another one and i said the same so he said I must have major issues with security so he was escalating it to his supervisor. Of course the same thing happened with him so I was then escalated to his boss who decided to make me use my mobile phone (instead of my laptop). All the time I was saying I was really worried as I use it for internet banking and you say you were calling from Virgin.

Anyway I got bored and said to the chap 'may I just let you know I am Head of Cyber for a large UK organisation and that I know what you are doing'. The response was amazing. Apparently I am a professional prostitute and taht I can stick my fucking firewalls up my fucking arse. I retaliated by saying ahh if I was I'd be getting a load of money and by the way do you know I am tracing you IP as we speak. Try it you fucking cunt was the response.
