Two things noticed:

Japanese bring their kids to football, not just nippers, newborns. It was ace seeing that.

And then when they went down. I m feeing it and getting stressed, but the fans started clapping and chanting more, no blame, just noise. Proper 12th man business.

I used to think this a bit strange, lots of crying, but it now makes sense. Koki Morita turned down big transfer offers from Urawa (J Man U) to stick at Verdy at see the project through. He just signed a long term deal today.

Lovely culture shock, win, lose or draw, you go over and bow to the fans. The captain gets it, you can see him telling the team to look at the fans and take it, soak it up and use it to get better. Harry on the other hand 😁
