Turned out it was a mate of Anthony Wilson's apartment, ACR were staying two floors down from De Niro, who had the penthouse. They were recording an album nearby and shot that film on an evening. HK came down to tell them to turn the racket down as he was trying to entertain a lady. Funny story. Apparently, Chuck Low owned the whole block, the Jewish fella with the bad wig in Goodfellas.
