Travis_Bickle My mate's daughter's group. She studied at Berklee but dropped out to form this band....
Jon Harvest Don’t know much about him, The Move? That song though is just such a rush. It’s got everything and the kitchen sink and then, for good measure, they threw another kitchen sink in there.
Harvest Jon I don't really. I think it was Marc Riley who was talking about how important he is in the history of British music. Played with Hendrix, at the forefront of British psychedelia, formed ELO, left and had big commercial success with Wizzard plus other stuff I can't remember. Apparently he joined the Brexit Party so not all good.
king_of_the_slums I mean they're all great in their own right, love Toe, but tell me you didn't just end up watching the drummer.. :)
Travis_Bickle king_of_the_slums Drum teachers the world over are crying at his left-hand grip.... On a serious note, he has a great feel which matters more than anything.
king_of_the_slums Worth a repost, genius, file next to Mogwai.. Best drummer on the planet, top 5 surely?
Travis_Bickle Home-schooling today involves listening to lots of drummers. And looking at different kits online for when we finally get a chance to go to a shop and buy a new one. Cozy Powell is fucking brilliant on this.... That Yamaha kit with toms like dustbins and those Paiste 2002 cymbals. Brilliant sound.
