Gospel - through work I know Woody's family (he's the poster child for the disease I work on, Huntington's disease) and his daughter Nora tells stories of Dylan visiting Woody weekly in the Brooklyn care home where he died, just to hang out, play music with Woody, discuss his lyrics, swap stories of the NYC folk scene - they were good friends and Woody was pleased he could mentor Dylan, there's no animosity from any of them (Nora, Arlo, Marjorie his widow) about Dylan, they're pleased for him and that Woody's legacy was helped. Lovely family.
