My cousin passed away yesterday. She was immense. One of the few people I looked up to. She was 53 & died from cancer.
She was born in Southampton & moved to Sweden when she was 2 or 3. So I always classed her has Swedish.
She lived with us when I was 8 or 9 as my uncle wanted her to experience an English comprehensive school. I have great memories of that time & I cried all the way back from Heathrow when she went back home.
She had something to do with the communist party in Sweden and ended up talking in the United Nations in New York. Also she was sussed as fuck. She saw thin lizzy with Phil Lynott, the clash, U2 loads of times. Always had cool stuff & switched on & well read.
anyway she was fucking ace & she will be missed by everyone & leaves behind 2 daughters & a grand daughter., RIP Nene it was a pleasure to be a part of your wider family & thanks for the putting straights
