Death List 2026

Bod

I'm sure I still have a Cerruti coat somewhere

Mega_Armageddon_Chickens

Foxy_Dread
Good side that Palace one and somehow a defeat which ended us as a competive side in the top division.

Foxy_Dread

Mega_Armageddon_Chickens went as my birthday present, my dad's last game, bar watching me play Sunday League. Nostalgia time, I think his very last game was watching Dringhouses win the league in York,I didn't have the best shot from distance but I bent one into the top corner from 22 yards.

cordshoes

Cerruti was good but I still reckon Ellesse did the best tennis gear.

l.q.navarro.

Mega_Armageddon_Chickens I was at that game. Malcolm Allison + his fedora ?
They outplayed us. Peter Taylor ran the game. 1-0 flattered us.

Harvest

Peter Seabrook. Never reached top boy in the Gardener's World firm, always a lieutenant.

Kevin_Stapleton

Peter Robinson. Hell of a record at Liverpool.

zico

Meatloaf, 74
RIP

heyho

Kevin_Stapleton yes he was. My dad worked closely with him and rated him highly. Both him and my dad were up for a senior post at the FA. Fa appointing someone from Leeds Vs someone from Liverpool. Nor brainer is it.

Thing is my dad got sacked in '82 and Robinson went on to bigger and better things.

heyho

Harvest Peter Seabrook

I liked him. His crisps are the best as well, especially their cheese and onion flavour

white_dragon

Meatloaf RIP.

90Piesanhour

white_dragon Blimey. Always hated his music, but enjoyed him in Fight Club.

Under-the-ground

Just seen this. Never liked the music but he seemed an ok bloke. Always sweating though. I remember the women singers tit popping out still to this day. Might have been the first proper one I saw?

otis

90Piesanhour agreed not my cup of cha his music but he always came across as a decent bloke and actor (rocky horror picture show at Hyde Park)

l.q.navarro.

I liked two out of three ain’t bad.
that video he made with Cher, so funny.
Rip.

space

The Loaf has been ill for a couple of decade hasn't he? Didn't he have a brain thing going on?

heyho

space bad asthma as well

space

I guess I'm going to have to listen to BOOH now.

Placid

He was 74, Its an advert for not giving a fuck about what you eat etc. I consider 74 a decent innings.

Flaneur

@l.q.navarro.#486341 The video to Dead Ringer For Love is ace in its daftness:
