I got told to do something by a group of project managers. I did it. It was wrong. Document telling me to do it gets mysteriously deleted somehow. I'm told by very senior bloke to accept blame as individual error is easier to sell to customer than managerial failure.

I've got no evidence to back up my side of the story so I stop argueing.
