First time out on proper roadie SPD's - always used MTB ones. An interesting experience, particularly when you're used to double sided entry. Much more "planted" for mashing the miles out but look and feel like Bambi off the bike. : /

Pissing down all day so just spent the last 5 hours in front of the box watching the UCI world championship.
Not normally my cup of tea but what a fascinating watch in those conditions.
To see professional athletes literally so spent they could hardly speak at the end was something else.
Im exhausted after just watching the fucking thing!

Anyone watching the last Monument of the season on the 12th Oct? Il Lombardia? Cant believe the season is over already. Sems like it was only the other week Omloop Het Neiwsblad was on.

Not seen a rider list yet but hopefully as good as last year.

Tour De France 2020 route announced on the 15th.

Seems the opening two stages are going up hill and the final saturday is a ITT up La Planche Des Belles Filles.

ASO trying to sort this course to suit a Frenchman? Pinot, Alaphillipe or Bardet?

I'd love to see Pinot win it.
