Cooley 😆 I just go to classes there mate, I don't fight or owt. My mate got me into it as he's been doing it for ages so it's a good chance to catch up socially without a pub being involved. Brilliant workout. An hour of constant moving. Feel brand new afterwards. Great for taking out your stress on the bag as well rather than calling people cunts at work 👍
