Jon Misura We had the membership ID scheme all ticket aways from the start of the 85/86 season. Only game they lifted it for was the Bradford game at Odsal. Always seemed like a set up to me.
Foxy_Dread When did full ID cards come in. I used to get by without a membership but was a supporters club member. I never made a member individually on principle.
Jon Foxy_Dread Start of 85 season. Technically you were supposed to show your id card on your way into the ground (away) but you had to be a member to buy tickets. For a while they only gave them out on the coach on the way to the game. At least that’s how I remember it.
Mega_Armageddon_Chickens Foxy_Dread Think they brought in restrictions after Birmingham in 85, lifted them for Bradford in 86 and brought the red card in sometime early in 87. I can't ever recall showing it but I seem to remember a few getting turned away.
