CBIT holiday with the Mrs and the kids in Frejus. Got up really early. Pedalling as the sun came up. No bugger about. Very Zen. Rode the coast road and then a few climbs. Back to the campsite. Knackered and completely chilled. Day with the kids fucking about and not watching the clock. Happy days.
