Misura Mega_Armageddon_Chickens a great film. I bought the DVD last year for pennies. They don’t make them like that anymore. Low budget, atmospheric and believable. It had me looking up the filming locations and wanting to visit. Same high level of quality as The Thing.
Mega_Armageddon_Chickens The Soviet film Come and See. Set in wartime Belarus, it's not an easy watch.
Jon 90Piesanhour Is that the one with the football match? There was a thing doing the rounds on Twitter the other day, John Noakes (and Shep) visiting the set of Porridge to see how it was made. Great stuff.
AndreWeimaraner 90Piesanhour I liked it, but thought the is he/isn’t he was resolved too early and that was the most interesting part. To be fair, me and the missus had been drinking champagne (a wedding present) at the time. Probably need to watch it again.
90Piesanhour Jon T’was indeed. The film and the series were very well written and well acted. Great characters, too.
Jon 90Piesanhour I watched them all again about a year back. That and Rising Damp. Great writing as you say.
Jon Odd_Job I only saw Felt once. They were good but so prolific I didn’t know most of what they played.
