Reggie_Perrin The Kitchen. Underrated NYC low level Irish mob Movie from 2019. Set in 1978/9. Melissa McCarthy, Elizabeth Moss, Tiffany Haddish and Domnall Gleeson. 8/10.
CBIT The Deadly Affair - was on TP last night and twigged after 10 mins or so its a la Carre - was thrown at first as Smiley is called Charles Dobbs (google tells me this is due to Paramount owning the rights to the Smiley name and this was a Columbia production)
90Piesanhour otis watching the main character licking up the spunky bath water was a little unpleasant.
white_dragon Watched , The Ballard Of Wallis Island last night. Good British movie, touching, funny and great scenery. One to enjoy with your partner.
BobbyDavros white_dragon Loved that movie. Gentle, funny, great views, well shot. Certainly one to watch with the missus.
cordshoes Watched Happy Gilmore 2. A load of the usual bollocks, but enough stupid Golf jokes to make it just watchable.
Jon Superman. Bonkers but fun. Me and the youngest. I love that she’s still ok hanging out with the old man.
Travis_Bickle Jon Jim "the best film I've ever seen". CGI is pretty mental. I liked that it didn't take itself too seriously. Good way to spend 2 very nicely air-conditioned hours in DC.
