I was working on a refurb in Zarazadilla de Totana in deepest darkest rural Murcia and one of the characters in the village (a village full of inbreds and pig farmers by the way) was Rafael, who had Tourettes. He used to drive up and down on his tractor swearing randomly in English followed by his two dogs. It was hilarious to watch, but I'm sure the fella didn't think so.
