Netflix is a bit quiet at the moment, so I’ve gone on over to YouTube and started watching some old films - those gritty British b&w dramas from half a century ago (and more). The kind of films I used to enjoy watching on a rainy afternoon when I was skiving off from school/college. Two I’ve seen thus far:
The Upturned Glass (1947) starring James Mason.
Never Let Go (1960) starring Peter Sellers.
We made some great films back then. Proper actors. Stars.
