Matthew Halsall's playing Ronnie Scott's next month, which should be really good. New album's lovely.

Off to see Ian McLagan at the Half Moon in Putney (west London) next Friday with a couple of mates. It's like a tenner in or something, and you get to see the guy who played the intro to Tin Soldier and all round nice geezer. Apparently he's just playing with a bass player. Ronnie Wood lives just around the corner. And Rod frickin' Stewart.
