Djpekingman Travis_Bickle cracking photo. Takes me back. Let me guess… taken from Green side road on the way up to Calton hill? I lived for many years on Regent Terrace and the Carlton terrace mews just further over the hill. Couldn’t get near to affording it now. Bottom of Green side road is Calton road where the opening scenes of Trainspotting were shot, opposite of which was the Venue, which hosted Pure on a Friday and Tribal Funktion on a Saturday for many years, and put loads of gigs on. I believe it’s an architects or surveyors office now. Just behind where your lad is sat is the old GPO building where I first met Mrs Djp at the Valentines love ball - a mass rave thingy!

Loose_Lips Just finished with the 6 year and his mates on the beach making driftwood sculptures. The wind is kicking in through Whitby Harbour. Bobbed into the Green Dragon for some cans. Off to Marine for an early tea with the kids then drinks at the house.
