Rudi The La's!?!?! Never achieved greatness?!?!? Are we mixing up commercial success with artistic achievement here?

fuzzy Ok then, the level of greatness that they were capable of.I'm not on about commercial success but you've heard the kind of stuff they were playing at the time of the above recording that never saw the light of day in the form of proper records being released. You just know that they had it in spades and its a massive shame that they never translated what they had into summat they were happy with let alone build on it.
scootay Glasvegas is a good call. Vines were never gonna shine bright for too long. I liked them but always thought they wouldn't last long. They have recently brought out a new album tho I think. Most bands I see in infancy I think are gonna be big but seldom do. I'm not bothered tho.
