I used to have a soft spot for TF (views noted), and held him in some regard for getting himself out of the mental hole that he was in. I also had a bit of time for his father (criminal convictions noted), and found both to be eloquent, opinionated and interesting interviewees. Both seemingly having an understanding of the sweet science and its heritage.
However the last couple of years has changed that view. His Dad has turned into a full weight and Tyson has turned into a money grabbing, fight dodger. The pair of them & that promoter have all played their part in turning boxing into a laughing stock recently. It’s now like WWF, and all this from ‘proper fighting men’. 🙄
