Ray Hankin's shorts wroteThat won't help as you say. I still hit the wine on a Friday and Saturday night but rarely drink beer now and try not to drink during the weekWhat exercise is it? Strength i.e. muscle buidling OR fat burning high intensity stuff?
I'm not allowed to lift weights because of the brain aneurysm. Anything that spikes my blood pressure is therefore out. And because I've got displaced disk in my neck I can't run, which used to be my go to excercise. So now it's just the cross trainer, 45 minutes with the gain turned up. Do this 5 times a week. It's getting to the point where the limiting factor on a cross trainer is me making a decision as to how much of the day I want to spend doing it.And I walk about 4 miles on the days I go into the office.Been doing this for ten weeks or so now. I used to walk slowly up stairs going "oooh. Owwww." as I went, now I run up and feel fine.I can even bend over and pick things up off the floor without making a creaking sound.
