Anchor I will do, thanks! Surprised myself, to be honest. The last park run, last week, saw me get a disappointing 9 mins a mile. I, obviously, do a lot better running on my own, but I'm not doing it to break records, so it's not a major issue. However, I do like to see some sort of improvement if I can. Getting older, though, I can't see me doing anything earth shattering. Just keep hoping I don't break an ankle, which will put me back years; years I haven't got.
