Got to day 374 ... really should have stopped after the 10k
last few days have been a grind, no pleasure or fun and without the goal of finishing it makes no sense.
Time to listen to the body, let it heal, strengthen my knees and hip and get fit for end of October.
In the meantime, gentle runs every couple of days.
