Loose_Lips Mine is obviously a piss take but i guess you draw it on a map, create the route and then follow it on voice while you're running.
Some guy in Toronto has done an insane one, its like a dancing robot when you put all the drawings in a sequence

Bit wild out there this morning. Seems like there must have been a flu pandemic as the streets and parks were free of full kit, immaculate looking, checking the watch every 30 second ‘runners’ 😂

Mid week run tonight. For the metric runners, I managed 7.74km in 52:07 at a pace of 6.56 per km. As I don’t understand all the km stuff, I have no idea if this is fast, slow or indifferent. Anyway, I enjoyed the run, although it was a little parky. 🥶🏃🏼

You're off your pace by over a minute, this is 5hr marathon pace and I remember you clock around 4h20 ?
Looking at your park runs ... your PB is around 27.5 minutes for 5k which is roughly 5.30 per km. Your santa race was 30 minutes so 6 per km.

Walked 12km+ at altitude yesterday. Trainers (not used to wearing such things as I live in sandals most of the year) have bruised my right Achilles' to buggery. Very painful to walk anywhere today but still managed 6 km with around 1000 feet of climb. Ouch.
