Just done 5k number 14.

It's not getting any easier but I'm enjoying it and going out for runs when normally I'd sack it off. Too cold, bit hungover - that sort of thing. I'm gonna try and keep it up.

Like is fucking rough at the moment so being able to motivate myself to get out of the door is the main thing .

Can’t do anything at the moment due to a septic toe! I have been taking anti biotics but it isn’t shifting. Any one ever lanced a toe?

Under-the-ground That sounds like an ingrowing toenail, I had it years ago and my lad had had it in both ties. Only a procedure will sort it, if that's what it is.
