Ive had a cut-price evening; two slices of Tesco cheese slices, the kind that you have on a burger, five dry crackers and a singular soreen malt-loaf bar.

I want her back here serving me Ocado's finest - BUT... I also want her away with her sister in Anglesey, not coming back until Sunday.

I'm running out of food but my hi-fi is sounding kriss... gonna put some Soul ll Soul on now and see if makes me eat Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, dry out of the packet.

I've not touched Gogglebox, I think I'll cry...

CharlieG there was a guardian piece about a couple of off the shelf foods Cambridge scientists are trialling as a long Covid improver. One is a probiotic tablet the other a tablet formulated from fruits. Apparently it has performed well in trials.

The bloke they interviewed was now doing 20,000 steps a day, before 3,000 laid him low.
