Wrexham have been as skint as anyone in that league. People donating their life savings to keep the club afloat, only a few years ago . They hit the jackpot with Rod and Ryan and they have revitalised the whole town , not just the club. The money they have donated to good causes in the community,like getting a bathroom fitted for a struggling family with a disabled child to kitting out a kids football team and more besides.
I was out in town for the game last night, I've never seen anything like it , Rio in Mardi gras . Every pub was jammed,one out one in , from about 2 o'clock onwards.
Made up for em and my long suffering mates who've been going all their lives .
