Big sandwich, two pots of tea, half my body weight in biscuits. Flicking between football scores / watching Trinity destroy Bradford on TV.

Steady day tomorrow. Usual big dinner. Visit me ma.

I am looking forward to the Sunderland game on Friday.

Saturday popping up the rugby club as a mates having his 50th and putting a game on - was tempted to play but thankfully my hamstring went.

Saturday night child two is over to celebrate his 28th birthday. Few pints and a curry. Christ I was 28 when I had him!

Sunday - not a lot. Maybe a bike ride.

Friday out for a bowl in Church Stretton and Steeles Bakery for lunch.

Saturday and Sunday Loop Fest in Shrewsbury.

Watch the lad playing in the u13s at Thornton on Friday night, weather permitting. Last day of the Scottish season so will watch the Celtic v Hearts title decider Saturday lunchtime.
Cricket club after, eldest works there on Saturdays now doing the teas and the like.
She's doing work experience at Bradford Bulls next week starting with 'game day' on Sunday. Great opportunity as she wants to work in sports management.
I'll be working at home.

Weekend back up in Portsmouth. Rare occasion when we’re all together. Been for a bite to eat and back at the Air B n B now listening to them catching up with one another. I love that they’re all happy and doing their own thing but I miss us all been together.

Off to see my eldest son today. If I don't go see him the chances of seeing him next is probably Christmas or my birthday in February! His younger brother has his last game of the season tomorrow in Colchester, then he has a tournament on Monday with his other team. Some of the kids playing in various teams are apparently from Ipswich and Norwich academy's.
Whilst a couple of the kids in his team can barely kick a ball..
