Bought a big punnet of British mixed baby toms, all colours and sizes. Put them in some roasting trays with a hefty glug of olive oil, 6 cloves of garlic, dried Basil, Thyme, Oregano and sea salt. Roasted them for 20 mins or so. Have to tell you the taste is incredible. Maybe a bit too much salt.
Will use in pasta, risottos and just a spread on bread..
