Placid Reggie_Perrin its a grass/veg that grows in salt marsh so has a naturally salty taste, used to almost give it away on fish market in Town. Rick Stein put on one of his shows and now its in Waitrose and Sainsburys and way more expensive

Harvest Knocking up a Thai curry. Doing the taste thing where you have a bit and think 'fucking hell that's nice' so have to have about eight more spoonfuls. There'll be none left by the time it's ready
Anchor Bod pretty much. Marinated the salmon in soy, maple syrup, ginger and chilli with a splash of oil and lime juice. Then just roasted the whole lot over the veg. Par cooked the veg - just for about two minutes. Lovely and easy.
