Scallops and chorizo fried with fennel seeds. Squeeze of lemon juice at the end. Samphire, broad beans and green beans.
Really nice. Probably add some chilli next time.

Blackened salmon tacos, cabbage in a Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar and olive oil dressing. Apple and pineapple salsa. Getting better at this cooking lark....
