Cooley Cooley’s embarking on a diet, so it’s watercress soup and bread for me today. I want to shift a stone (at least), so the Belgian buns and sweeties are out, as are the peanuts and digestives. Nightmare.

Harvest I'm one of those annoying fuckers that weighs the same as I did when I was 21. Probably vary a pound or two either way. I'm waiting for the day I wake up looking like Paddy Kenny after two weeks all inclusive in Benidorm.
Reggie_Perrin Bod we got this countertop multi cooker thing for the caravan years ago and found it so versatile that we or one for home. It’s handy.
Reggie_Perrin Bod similar but it can Sauté as well. Got a slow cooker too but it’s not massive and we cook for 6.
