Placid CharlieG Known Rico since he worked at the Italian on Vicar Lane. Mrs G knew Heather when she had a sewing/knitting shop in Chapel Allerton. 89’s/90’s. I was mates with Rico’s younger brother Dino. Nice bloke. Older than me. Dino went to Allerton Grange in same year as my brother. Are your from Roundhay @CharlieG ?
CharlieG Placid Aye. We lived off North Lane for over 20 years. The kids went to St John's primary before going to Roundhay high school. I'm, originally, from Gipton, mind.
Flaneur white_dragon That's 10 minutes from my house and one of my clients. My son and his girlfriend had dinner there tonight, said it was nice. I like their pizzas and the beer garden in Summer.
white_dragon Flaneur I had crayfish and prawn thing to start , Mrs D had pate. We both had the sea bass for main . Shared a lemon almond drizzle cake with ice cream. Couple of soft drinks each £86 including tip. All the food was excellent and reasonable portions. Had a £50 voucher off youngest daughter to lighten the load . Pizzas did look nice.Service could of been a bit better ,was mad busy though. Definitely will go back.
otis CharlieG good lad is Rico, used to come in little park when he worked at that place like you say on vicar Lane. Ran or was in football team. I like that restaurant, nice atmosphere and good food
