I have been replacing my kitchen knives over the last few weeks, buying decent stuff, can pass on to the kids when I Kark it. This arrived today, what a beauty, nice European weight to it, full Tang and razor sharp, straight out of the box. I have two now by Shun, and they are both dangerously sharp, 16 degree blade.
If yo wish to treat yourself to a decent bread knife for Christmas, you won't do better than this at this price-point.
