The last fresh Turkey in New Jersey. She always orders one. I always moan that we end up waiting longer for Ito the supermarket than the people who just swing by and pick one up. So this year we didn’t order one. Out since 6:45am two Wholefoods and three King’s until I found one. In fairness, the local King’s had a 25lb bird. I like Turkey but not that much. Repaired to the tub for a soak and hopefully to finish my book. Working tonight. Shite.

Bought my daughter a Samsung watch but got the big size rather than the girly small one so she didn't want it - had to order her another on in "pink". So now I have brand new in the box galaxy watch that I have decided should be mine as an early Chrissy Pressy. Sod the ungrateful whelp.

Wife is already pissed off with me telling my watch to text her to make the tea.

hendersonjones Mrs G , thankfully, isn't keen on the tinsellly stuff. There's a fair bit of handmade/unique decorations on ours including some laser cut/etched plywood pieces designed and made by the lad.

We usually put ours up a week before, she's made no mention of it yet thankfully. I'm still hanging on to a summer vibe in this house.

Got the 2 grandkids living with us at the moment so our house is like Santa's grotto!
7 and 3 year old so makes them happy.... and if they're happy,so am I.

Haven’t been able to find my Magical World Of The Strands CD for a while. I think I lent it to someone but I don’t remember who. Decided I’d buy another copy. Got on Discogs, early this morning, while working an overnight shift, and promptly purchased a copy of Waterpistol.

Jon me too, I don't buy as many as I should but will buy a handful as a nod to the artist.

And CD's sounds great.

44.1 KHz/16 bit vs 320kbs at best. let alone the amount of money the artist makes from a CD. Spotify really are the pits on sound quality and paying their dues.
