CharlieG Isle of Mull Cheddar from Tobermory. 18 month old. There's not much grass there, so they supplement the cattle feed with waste malt mash from the distilleries. Gives the cheese a fruity/nutty taste. Got it from Cartmel Cheeses on Keswick market. Fucking lush!
