Cooley there's two young folk (tries not to be patronising) who setup a drive to pick and mix store in Garforth. Amazing results during the pandemic as you drove into the car park, ordered on line and they brought it to your car. Started up by getting a few hundred quid worth of sweet boxes from Costco.
Ended up opening a shop in the Merrion Centre but the 2nd phase pandemic put paid to it. Apparently still doing amazingly well though. Good on them. A simple thing but found a niche in the market place.
