Travis_Bickle we can claim back some of the interest against federal taxes. Trump capped this at $10k as a punitive measure that would hurt blue states the most, generally higher taxed states. I think that runs out in 25. Biden talked about repealing it but that’s about as far as it got.
I can imagine it’s a good feeling alright.I have an annuity through the union that I cannot access until I’ve retired or no longer work a union job for six months. There’s enough in there to pay the house off. It’s a bit frustrating but also earns more than the interest rate of my mortgage so….
CharlieG Ii know a bloke back home who told me he wasn’t even paying 2%. He left out the bit about it only been fixed for a set length of time. He recently sold his house but now he’s worried the buyer might back out or not be able to get a mortgage.
I’m struggling to think of anything the Tories do that benefits the general public.
