Reasonably quiet on the Netflix front for Cooley these past couple of weeks. I started several dramas, but they all ended up being a bit pony. One exception was The Crown. I love this series. I’m in no way a royalist - I can take ‘em or leave ‘em, but this series is class. 9 out of 10.
There’s a couple of goodies on my Netflix list though: Lupin and The Night Stalker. Looking forward to those.
In the meantime I’ve been sniffing around BBC4. I’ve lined up The Bridge to watch shortly, but I’m currently watching an excellent little drama: The Disappearance. French. Superbly acted. I’m 5 into 8, and it’s gripping stuff.
Oh, and I mustn’t forget The Serpent. Fuckin’ hell, there’s not enough hours in the day.
