Just got back on this thread after long away. Tracked thru the comments on After Life and was impressed at the number of contributors who actually get Ricky Gervais. Fair does. But I think he's absolutely awful and I have not watched anything he's done since that ridiculous dance on The Office. His laugh when he makes a comment and nudges his entourage to laugh along is insufferable. Ugh, horrible. And that Merchant mannequin! Dear oh dear. Billy Connelly, now there's a funny man.
